Quotes & orders
Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and are confirmed once we see the piece or final file. Prices, materials and turnaround are agreed per order. Turnaround estimates are in working days and may vary for custom or rush work.
Your artwork & files
You confirm you have the right to reproduce any file or artwork you send for printing. We take care with every piece in our custody; please tell us about fragile, valuable or irreplaceable items before handover.
Collection
Please collect finished orders promptly. We will contact you when your order is ready.
Warranty
Framing warranty terms are confirmed on your receipt. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water or direct sunlight exposure.
Intellectual property
All site content, logos and images are owned by Al Warda Gallery or used with permission. Third-party logos belong to their respective owners.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
