Who we are

What we collect
This website does not require an account and does not submit forms to our servers. When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share (name, phone, email, photos of artwork and project details).
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, fulfil orders, arrange delivery or installation, and keep records required by UAE law. We do not sell your data.
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits. The site stores your cookie-notice choice in your browser’s local storage. No advertising cookies are used.
Third parties
WhatsApp (Meta), your email provider and Google Maps process data under their own policies when you use them. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing masad@alwardauae.com, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
